Workspaces
The container for everything — monitors, status pages, channels, members and billing.
A workspace holds your monitors, status pages, notification channels, projects, members and subscription. Everything in Glowo belongs to exactly one workspace, and data never crosses between them.
You get one, automatically
You do not create a workspace — one is created for you the first time you sign in, named after your account, and that is the workspace you work in from then on. It has a name and a slug, both editable in settings.
There is no way to create a second workspace and no workspace switcher. To organise what is inside yours, use projects: they group monitors and status pages, and they are what notification channels scope to.
The one way to be in someone else’s workspace is to be invited to it as a member.
Dormancy
Unused workspaces are cleaned up on a published schedule. Days are counted from the last activity.
| After | State | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 60 days | WARNING |
You are warned by email |
| 90 days | SUSPENDED |
Checks stop running |
| 150 days | — | Final warning before deletion |
| 180 days | PURGED |
Data is deleted |
Any activity resets the clock. This only affects genuinely abandoned workspaces — a workspace running monitors is active by definition.
